A lovely stone built fishermans cottage in old and picturesque village of Sandend near Portsoy on the Banffshire coast overlooking the Sandend harbour, the sea and close to the long sandy beach; perfect for families, a magnet for surfers and the dolphins that can often be seen in the bay.

Just a short walk to Findlater Castle and Sunnyside Bay, or if one wants to go a bit further enjoy a wee dram on one of the whisky trails, you could start at the old Glenglassaugh distillery at the top of the hill.
Enjoy your breakfast on one of the village picnic tables facing the harbour if the weather allows as you breathe in the sea air if not then relax in front of the cozy fire and prepare your meals for nights in with the fully equipped kitchen.
